Chef Chris Holbrook and the staff at Publix Aprons Catering in Tallahassee were perfect from start to finish. My daughter’s wish for her wedding was to have a fun, enjoyable day with family and friends, so she decided that a taco bar would be perfect for the food. Chef Chris seized on the idea and devised a high-end taco bar. The set up at the Garden Club was perfect, with a beautiful display of appetizers and the main course served on the deck. I just can’t say enough about the food – the flavors were amazing. The menu was diverse, interesting and delicious. I heard glowing and positive remarks from family and friends on the day, and for days afterward – they just loved it! The staff was great – making sure that all of our guests were well taken care of. The set up and take down was seamless and professional. Thank you so much, Chef Chris for a wonderful event!

Took the knife skills class with Levi and it was amazing. I feel like I learned a lot and we got to have some truly delicious food when the class was over. I'll definitely be back for another class soon!

The cooking demos are an amazing value for how much they wine and dine you! The food is always delicious and the Chef's are so much fun to listen to and watch as they prepare each dish.

PERFECT! That's the only word that really sums up the experience we had when my daughter's "Sweet 16" party was here. From the beginning of the process of corresponding with Chef Levi, the warm and loving event specialists, the decor, to the amazing class chef's instructing everyone. When I say Publix goes above and BEYOND, I mean they blew me away on exceeding my expectations!! I've always loved shopping here, but to have a party was even better than what I could have envisioned. Every detail was flawless and words can not express the gratitude I feel for the love that Publix Aprons Cooking School showed my family. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!
